CCC certification

1. Why do we need 3C certification

In order to fulfill China's WTO accession commitments, adapt to the needs of China's market economy development, and establish a technology evaluation mechanism in line with international standards, China has established the China Compulsory Product Certification System (CCC) based on four unified principles.

2. Introduction to CCC Certification

1) "China Compulsory Product Certification" is "CCC" certification, which is the abbreviation of China Compulsory Certification, referred to as 3C certification.

2) 3C certification is mainly for compulsory certification of products related to human health and safety, animal and plant life and health, environmental protection and public safety. It requires products to comply with national standards (referred to as GB standards) and some industry standards. Those who have not obtained the compulsory product certification certificate and have not applied the Chinese compulsory certification mark shall not be allowed to leave the factory, import, sell or use in business activities, and may be fined accordingly and be subject to certification within a specified time limit. Those who have obtained the certification certificate but fail to use it in accordance with the regulations shall be corrected within a prescribed time limit, and a fine may also be imposed if the certificate is not corrected within the time limit. Forgery, fraudulent use of the certification certificate and certification mark shall be subject to corresponding legal responsibilities.

3. The scope of products for implementing compulsory product certification (CCC)

1) The first batch of products subject to compulsory product certification

Wire and Cable;

Circuit switch and electrical equipment for protection or connection;

Low-voltage electrical appliances;

Small power motor;

electrical tools;

Electric welding machine

Household and similar equipment;

Audio and video equipment (excluding broadcast-grade audio equipment and car audio equipment);

Information technology equipment;

Lighting equipment (2 types in total) (excluding lighting equipment with voltage lower than 36V) lamps, ballasts;

Telecommunications terminal equipment;

Motor vehicles and safety accessories;

Motor vehicle tires;

Safety glass

Agricultural machinery products;

Latex products rubber condoms;

Medical device products;

Fire-fighting products (3 types in total) fire alarm equipment;

Security technology prevention products (1 species in total) intrusion detectors (indoor microwave Doppler detectors, active infrared intrusion detectors, indoor passive infrared detectors, microwave and passive infrared composite intrusion detectors;

2) The second batch of compulsory certification product catalog

Wireless local area network products;

3) The third batch of compulsory certification product catalog

Solvent-based wood coatings (refers to nitrocellulose paints/alkyd paints/polyurethane paints solvent-based wood coatings for interior decoration);

Porcelain tiles (Porcelain tiles with average water absorption rate E<=0.5% for building decoration);

Concrete antifreeze;

4) The fourth batch of compulsory certification product catalog

Intrusion detectors include the following:

Magnetic switch intrusion detector;

Vibration intrusion detector;

Passive glass break detector for indoor use;

Anti-theft alarm controller;

Automobile anti-theft alarm system;

Anti-theft safe, anti-theft safe;

5) The fifth batch of compulsory certification product catalog

Baby carriage;

Electric toy

plastic toys;

Metal toy

Ejection toy

Doll toys.

6) The sixth batch of compulsory certification product catalog

Motor vehicle lighting products

(Headlights, turn signals; car front position lights/rear position lights/brake lights/contour lights, front fog lights, rear fog lights, reversing lights, parking lights, side marker lights and rear license plate lighting devices ; Motorcycle license plate lights, position lights);

Motor vehicle retro reflector;

Car driving recorder;

Reflective signs on the body;

Automobile brake hose;

Motor vehicle rearview mirror;

Motor vehicle horn

Car fuel tank

Door locks and door hinges;

Interior materials;

Seat

Headrest.

4. List of CCC certification materials

1) Copy of business license and organization code of applicant, manufacturer, manufacturer;

Special reminder: When the applicant, manufacturer, and manufacturer are inconsistent, they need to provide the cooperative relationship between the three and sign and seal it.

2) The original 3C formal application must be stamped;

3) The original product conformity statement needs to be stamped;

4) The original 3C test report and 3C certificate (applicable when deriving or changing);

5) Chinese nameplate and warning signs (Chinese);

6) Circuit schematic diagram;

7) Operation manual (Chinese);

8) The difference is explained and stamped (applicable for multiple models);

10) List of key components and transformer specifications (key components related to safety and EMC and valid certification number);

12) Trademark registration certificate/trademark authorization letter;

13) CB report (when applicable);

14) The recent 3C factory supervision and inspection report of similar products and the copy or number of the 3C certificate of the certified product (when the 3C factory audit is not required);

15) Factory inspection survey form (when 3C factory audit is required);

16) Samples (the number of samples is at least 3 sets, special samples to be determined);
