Automotive Electronics EMC Test
With the continuous development of electromagnetic compatibility technology in China, a large number of electronic devices are integrated in a small car space, such as electronic integrated systems such as navigators, car audios, reversing radars, and airbags. These electronic devices may be emitted to the surroundings. Interfering signals of different bands. For example, when the vehicle is driven under the high-voltage power line, the operation is invalid due to the interference of the on-board electronic control circuit, which affects the experience of the drivers and passengers, and causes the accident of car crashes and deaths. Therefore, related tests of automotive electronics are playing an increasingly important role in ensuring the safety of vehicles. The Microtest Automotive Electronics Laboratory has complete test sites and test equipment, and has a professional technical team to escort your products and provide you with professional and reliable testing services.
1. Introduction to Automotive Electronics EMC Test
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). Refers to the ability of a device or system to work normally in its electromagnetic environment without causing unbearable electromagnetic disturbance to anything in the environment. Therefore, EMC includes two requirements: on the one hand, the electromagnetic interference generated by the equipment to the environment during normal operation cannot exceed a certain limit, which is the so-called electromagnetic interference (EMI); on the other hand It means that the equipment has a certain degree of immunity to electromagnetic interference in the environment, which is the so-called electromagnetic anti-interference (Electro Magnetic Susceptibility, EMS for short). In a nutshell, EMC=EMI+EMS.
Restrict external interference from vehicles and protect on-board radio equipment and other sensitive equipment;
The electromagnetic immunity of the vehicle ensures that the vehicle can work normally in a harsh electromagnetic environment.
