1. Introduction to Environmental Labeling Certification
China Environmental Labeling Certification (i.e. Ten Rings Certification) is a demonstrative mark. As an official mark, it indicates that products approved to use the mark are not only qualified in quality, but also meet environmental protection requirements during production, use, and disposal. In comparison, it has environmental advantages such as low toxicity, less harm, and resource saving. It is precisely because of the certification mark of the environmental label certification (that is, the ten-ring certification) that consumers can easily understand which products are good for the environment and are harmless to their own health, which is convenient for consumers to make green purchases. Through consumer choice and market competition, companies can be guided to consciously adjust their industrial structure, adopt cleaner production techniques, and produce products that are beneficial to the environment, ultimately achieving the goal of coordinated development of environmental protection and economy.

Third, the certification process
1. Initial certification
a. The company will submit the completed "Environmental Labeling Product Certification Application Form" together with the relevant materials in the certification requirements to our Zhonghuan United (Beijing) Certification Center. After our center receives the application certification materials, it will conduct a preliminary review of the documents and issue an "Acceptance Notice" after meeting the requirements (this means that if the materials are not submitted in full, you will not be eligible for acceptance, let alone sign the contract and pay. This is the case. One point, please pay enough attention to the staff of the companies applying for certification and the ten-ring certification consulting and counseling agency, so as not to affect the progress), the companies applying for certification will sign a contract with our center according to the "Notice of Acceptance".
b. After receiving the full certification fee from the company, our certification center will issue a notice to the company to form an on-site inspection team, and formally report the composition of the inspection team and the inspection plan to the company for confirmation one week before the on-site inspection.
c. The on-site inspection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the environmental labeling product safeguard measures guide and the corresponding environmental labeling product certification technical requirements. For products that need to be inspected, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products applying for certification, and sending them to the designated Inspection by inspection agency.
d. The inspection team writes a comprehensive evaluation report of environmental labeling products based on the application materials, on-site inspections, and product environmental behavior inspection reports, and submits them to the technical committee for review.
e. After receiving the review opinions of the technical committee, the certification center shall summarize the review opinions and submit them to the general manager of the certification center for approval.
f. The certification center issues environmental label certification certificates to certified enterprises, and organizes announcements and publicity.
g. If a certified company needs a logo, it can order from the certification center; if there are special printing requirements, it should apply to the certification center and file for the record.
h. The annual supervision and review shall be conducted once a year.
2. Annual supervision and inspection
a. The certification center shall formulate an annual inspection plan according to the issuance time of the enterprise certification certificate, and issue an annual inspection notice to the enterprise in advance. The enterprise pays the annual supervision and management fee as required by the contract, and the certification center forms an inspection team to carry out on-site inspections to the enterprise.
b. During on-site inspection, for products that need to be inspected, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products for certification, and sending them to the designated inspection agency for inspection.
c. The inspection team shall write a comprehensive evaluation report based on the company's materials, inspection reports, and product inspection reports, and report to the general manager of the certification center for approval.
d. Annual supervision and inspection once a year.
3. Re-evaluation certification
Enterprises that expire in 3 years should re-fill the "Environmental Labeling Product Certification Application Form" and submit it to the Certification Center together with relevant materials. The rest of the certification procedures are the same as the initial certification.
